Hello once again.

First and foremost, I would like to share that I don't know how to edit my posts, and this makes me sad. As anyone who knows me would be aware, I am a Grammar Nazi. So when I come across a spelling mistake or grammar error (which, here are least, are due largely to the general shittiness of the keyboards I am using) and cannot fix the mistake, I start to feel panicky. If anoyone knows how to edit, please fill me in.

Two, I finally caved and picked up a copy of "The Da Vinci Code" and must grudgingly admit that it is a great read. Maybe not literature, but a good way to pass the time on along train or bus trip. Especially one spent worrying about being eaten alive by rats or getting cockroaches stuck in one's hair. (Rats may not be in my personal Room 101, but they would serve that purpose quite adequately nonetheless).

I am going to make a top five list of my loves and loathes about india. This will, of course, change on a regular basis.

LOVES
1. Everything here is so cheap.
2. The food!
3. Chai!
4. That cute head-wiggle thing.
5. The scenery

LOATHES
1. Toilets... not all of them, but the ones on trains, at stations, etc.
2. The incessant honking of horns.
3. Mice on the trains.
4. People hassling me to buy their wares, get into their rickshaw,etc.
5. Men completely ignoring me when Darren is around and paying me too much attention when he is not.

Finding things to put on the loathes list was a little too easy considering I am spending another three months here.

Anyway, I am going to go and work out how hard it is going to be to get accommodation in Germany next July... Ash
